We help individuals and corporate clients navigate the complexities of obtaining UK documents for official recognition for international use. As a growing business, we are looking for a cornerstone member to learn the business from the ground up and grow with us into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our clients' entire document legalisation process, from initial enquiry to final dispatch.
- Meticulously check client documents for accuracy and compliance with the requirements of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), embassies, and consulates.
- Serve as clients' main point of contact, providing clear updates and guidance via email and phone.
- Liaise professionally with solicitors, notaries, government bodies, and translation services.
- Prepare and submit applications accurately and within tight deadlines.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and the secure dispatch of documents via post and couriers.
- Maintain precise and organised records in our internal systems.
- Contribute to improving our processes to increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with ambition, drive, and an exceptional work ethic. While direct experience in the apostille industry is a bonus, your personal attributes are what matter most.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role where attention to detail was critical.
- Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Minimum A-Level education or equivalent. A university degree is advantageous but not essential.
