About the Role

We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our growing team of legalisation consultants. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of client documents for international use. You will be the client's primary point of contact, helping them through the complex document authentication process and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. This is a long-term career opportunity with growth potential within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions from initial inquiry to document completion, providing clear and concise guidance.
  • Review and assess client documents to determine the appropriate authentication and legalisation requirements.
  • Provide accurate quotes, manage bookings, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and document progress.
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates as needed (travel within London is required).
  • Maintain quality control of prepared documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal procedures and processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
