Working Location: South West London covering Sutton and Croydon
Working Pattern: 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. Call outs per rota basis

Join our Repairs Team:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Groundworker to become part of our in-house Maintenance Team. A company vehicle for business use, PDA fuel card, Uniform and PPE and parking paid will all be provided.
The role will include all aspects of groundwork and candidates need to have experience in:
- Fencing
- Brickwork and pointing
- Concrete works
- Slabbing
We welcome knowledge of additional trades. Candidates will have experience in:
- Drainage repair and renewing
- Flagging
- Fencing
- Concrete works
- Tarmac patching
- Manhole repairs
We also carry out High Pressure water jetting of drains; experience of jetting isn't required as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
The focus will be on high-quality work, outstanding customer service and the right first-time attitude. You will be required to work as part of a larger team as part of this role.
The role requires a knowledge of building and housing preferably with the Social Housing Environment. Customer Service skills and ability to deal with vulnerable people are essential.
