Join our Development and Regeneration Team at L&Q: We are looking for a Property Analyst within our new Development and Regeneration team to help to assess the potential for generating new redevelopment projects from L&Q's assets and surrounding properties. You'll report into the Head of Development and Regeneration and will work closely with other L&Q teams to run options appraisals and in-depth analysis for a portfolio of potential new projects. This role requires strong analytical and evaluation skills.
You will be responsible for undertaking detailed property and/or planning research and analysis to support the options appraisal process. You will assist in working with the Design & Planning Team to produce outline planning assessments of evaluation schemes and assist the Options Appraisal Manager in developing business cases and approval reports for any proposed internally created regeneration-led residential schemes.
Your impact in the role:
- You will assist in undertaking detailed options and financial appraisals for evaluation of schemes.
- Be responsible for undertaking property title ownership research to support scheme evaluations.
- Undertake detailed property and/or planning research and analysis to support the options appraisal process.
- You will work with the Design & Planning Team to produce outline planning assessments of evaluation schemes.
- Assist in developing business case and approval reports for any proposed internally created regeneration-led residential schemes.
- You will create and manage programmes for Regeneration schemes.
We are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills and a drive to push schemes forward.
What you'll bring:
- Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle for work.
- Academic background or professional experience in property development/planning or data analysis.
- Ability to analyse property and planning data and appraise options for redevelopment, business plan / financial modelling skills also preferable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - including internal 'clients' and external consultants.
- Ability to present and report data in a clear and concise way.
