This is a key role within L&Q's Transformation & Change Portfolio, helping to strengthen how we plan, manage, govern and report across a complex, multi-programme transformation environment.
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to provide dedicated analytical and operational support to the Planning and Portfolio Team, with a particular focus on centralised resource management across the Transformation & Change Portfolio.
This includes resource data quality, reporting, dashboards, utilisation and capacity management, forecasting, and the insight needed to support effective portfolio-level planning and decision-making.
The role will suit someone who has worked in a transformation, change, technology, PMO, portfolio management, resource management or analytical environment, and who is confident working with project teams, resource owners, delivery leads and enabling functions to collect, validate and improve management information.
To be successful in this role, you will bring rigour, structure and a proactive, relationship-based approach to resource management. xgikmsk This is a highly hands-on role that requires you to work closely with colleagues across our Delivery teams, actively building networks, seeking out information and driving engagement to ensure decisions are informed by accurate and timely insight.
