Persona: Mobile worker - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Join our Repairs Team at L&Q: Our East London and Essex repairs team are looking for skilled Carpenters to join the team on a permanent basis. It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role.
Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of:
- Internal and external door fitting
- Splice repairs
- General Locksmith
- Bathroom Sub Floors
- Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits
- Other general Maintenance repairs
Ideally you will also be able to carry out internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
It is important to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general.
Requirements:
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience
- Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment
- NVQ or equivalent preferred
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Right first-time approach
- Health and Safety Conscious
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Wide range of Multi trade skills
