Maintenance Coordinator – Damp and Mould team

Contract Type: Permanent Full time

Salary: £26,200 per annum

Grade: 5

Reporting Office: Old Trafford, Manchester M16

Persona: Agile Worker – 20% to 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Working Pattern: 8 to 4 or 9 to 5, Monday to Friday

Closing Date: 29 September 2025

About the role

Join our Special Projects and Sustainability Team at L&Q. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Damp and Mould team. This includes acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases and collaborating with the wider Special Projects & Sustainability team on Minor works and Surveyor inspections.

The role reports to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside existing Coordinators covering the damp and mould caseload. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the allocation and coordination of Reactive repairs, monitoring mailboxes in line with SLAs, handling cases and liaising with residents.
  • Be the first point of contact for dealing with all queries and raising repair orders to the relevant teams, handling all correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments across the L&Q Group to deliver repairs and maintenance services.
