Mobile worker - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required.

Our South East London repairs team are looking for skilled Carpenters to join the team on a permanent basis. It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role.
Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of:
- Internal and external door fitting
- Splice repairs
- General Locksmith
- Bathroom Sub Floors
- Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits
- Other general Maintenance repairs
Ideally you will also be able to carry out internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
It is important to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment is required.
