Your impact in the role:
- To lead on hate crime initiatives across L&Q estates
- To lead on the delivery of the 3 year ASB strategy and DAHA accreditation
- Ensure that Housing Specialisms KPI performance is strong and delivering continuous improvement through the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
- Leads on strategic relationships with Local Authority, RSL peers and other key external stakeholder
- To help you do your job you will be supported by 4 anti-social behaviour (ASB) managers, a fraud manager, mental health lead and 2 resident support managers.
What you\βll bring:
- Recognised qualification in ASB, domestic abuse or mental health/social care
- E xtensive experience of doing the right thing by residents, introducing initiatives and services that support residents to sustain their tenancy and seeing lasting results.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, including writing Board reports, presenting analytical information, producing and presenting face to face presentations to exceptional quality
- Comprehensive experience leading a complex and varied portfolio of services that support residents and housing management colleagues, with relevant knowledge of housing legislation, best practice in areas of support in housing and customer service
- The ability to manage teams who are dealing with multiple complex situations at once.
