The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Contract Type: FTC until February 2027, Full Time 35 hours per week.

Join our Communities Team in the North West at L&Q:

Come and lead our resident liaison activities on two major remediation projects in Delamere and Winsford in Cheshire. The role will provide visible best practice management for the team across both projects. The role is a maternity leave cover that reports into the Senior Communities Manager in our Property and Investment division.

  • Leading a team of two Communities Coordinators to deliver resident engagement on two remedial works schemes in Cheshire.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal construction and project teams, as well as external stakeholders, making the best use of L&Q resources and support the wider group strategy.
  • Effectively manage resident complaints and stakeholder queries.
  • Collaborate with counterparts based in East and West London and be able to deputise for the Senior Communities Manager when required.
  • You will be an experienced people manager with demonstrable experience of effectively managing site-based and remote staff on challenging projects to contribute positively to high performance.
  • A passion for delivering high quality communications, resident engagement and project planning.
  • Knowledge of leading effective communications associated with regeneration, remediation or development-based projects.
  • Strong track record of using project programme software, including developing complex programmes.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wider range of stakeholders.
