You will report to the Head of Empty Homes & Lettings and drive sector-leading improvements in customer satisfaction, efficiency and cost-effective service delivery.
You will collaborate with internal and external teams to reduce void periods, improve processes, and ensure properties are let in line with L&Q standards.
