Join our Supply Chain Team at L&Q: This is an exciting opportunity to shape and build from the start making a real impact. We're strengthening our central Supply Chain team and you'll play a pivotal role in setting up the policy, compliance and reporting capability that will underpin how we buy, manage contracts and assure governance across the organisation.
As Senior Policy & Compliance Manager (Supply Chain), you'll lead the development and oversight of policy, compliance, reporting and controls across the full supply chain and contract/commercial lifecycle. We're setting up and strengthening the way we work: consistent processes, reliable contract data, clear governance, strong reporting, and proactive risk management. You'll help turn "good practice" into business-as-usual through tools, training, systems and simple, scalable standards.
You'll report to the Supply Chain Director, lead a small team and play a key role in creating the standards and governance that support better outcomes across the organisation. If this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply!
Your impact in the role: You'll embed a compliant, audit-ready supply chain and procurement framework that sticks; with better data, clearer controls, reduced risk and smarter decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- Lead the development and oversight of policy, compliance and reporting across the supply chain and contract management lifecycle.
- Develop and execute the Supply Chain plan, aligning category management with long term procurement priorities.
- Embed best-practice processes, systems and governance and drive continuous improvement in how the framework is adopted.
- Own the essentials: contract management systems, contracts register and data quality, ensuring documentation meets governance standards.
- Use business and risk reporting to spot issues early, manage risk and drive mitigation.
- Lead and develop a small team (2 direct reports) and partner confidently with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
