We are looking for a forward-thinking Process Architect to lead the way in designing, improving, and governing L&Q's business processes. This role plays a key part in shaping our Target Operating Model and driving real change across the organisation. You will help boost efficiency, embed best practice approaches like Lean and Six Sigma, and ensure our business architecture is aligned with our overall strategy.

You will join an agile, high-performing and values-driven team at the heart of L&Q's programme of change, tasked with helping to turn L&Q's five-year Corporate Strategy, L&Q Future Shape, into a reality. You will work closely with teams across Technology, Data, HR, and Strategy to strengthen our enterprise architecture, ensuring our processes deliver great results for both customers and the business.

Our Corporate Strategy highlighted our priorities as well as how these will be underpinned through 'operational excellence'. For L&Q, this means delivering the best total cost solution for our customers through reliable, consistent and repeatable products and services. We want our customers to know what to expect of us, and know that we will deliver on this, time and time again.
