Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week, agile working (site office and home working)

Salary: £45,770 - £55,000 plus essential car user allowance

Our Minor works team are expanding, and we have openings for experienced repairs and maintenance Surveyors. The area of work will predominantly be within the East patch, covering mainly east London and Essex.
A large part of this role will involve carrying out internal and external inspections on both occupied and void properties, then providing technical advice to the team and managing complex projects including liaising with residents and contractors, and other third parties as necessary. The postholder will monitor quality of work, value for money and customer satisfaction.
