The Role: Within this role you will be the focal point for maintenance production data, liaising with maintenance planners and supervisors, ensuring that all data entered onto company systems is accurate and concise.
What You’ll Do:
- Support HM with project Data entry for Crewe and Bristol
- KPI reports to be delivered monthly to the management team
- Overtime submissions on a weekly basis
- Process month end and year end with the finance team and support with any queries from the team
- Store and organize all the archive paperwork, with easy access for audit processes and send away to the archive facility off site
- Manage the briefing process to ensure all the teams have the brief available for the teams
- Assisting in the production of maintenance work packs in a timely manner
- Liaising with maintenance planners and supervisors
- Recording, controlling and issuing all briefs from Doc control
- Inputting completed work orders / job sheets into customers systems such as SAP for both Light and Heavy Maintenance
- Providing administrative support to the TfW Project Delivery Leader, TL and SDL/SDM
- Assisting with queries, taking calls, replying to emails and maintaining all administration support
What You Bring:
- Good standard of education, minimum GCSE level
- Strong IT skills along with knowledge of Microsoft office packages and experience working with SAP
- A full and valid driving licence
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail with previous experience of data entry
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across business functions
- Ability to manage own workload with limited supervision
