Job Summary
The Train Presentation Deputy assists in ensuring the immaculate cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic presentation of all rolling stock within Arriva Traincare, contributing to a high-quality passenger experience.
- Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and train presentation staff in their daily duties, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of train interiors and exteriors to identify maintenance, cleaning, and repair requirements.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and efficient use.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for train presentation, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new cleaning techniques and presentation standards.
- Prepare reports on cleaning schedules, staff performance, and presentation quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to train presentation activities.
- Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning, facilities management, or similar operational environment, preferably within the transportation sector.
