This role is ideal for recent graduates or early -career professionals who are passionate about teaching and supporting student success.<\/p>You will support the delivery of engaging and high -quality teaching across our Business programmes, while benefiting from structured training, mentoring, and professional development to build your skills as an educator. This role offers a clear pathway for progression into a Lecturer position.<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/h2>1. Teaching & Learning<\/b><\/h3>Support the delivery of teaching sessions across Business Management programmes (Levels 4–6).<\/p><\/li>Assist in preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources.<\/p><\/li>Co -deliver or independently deliver sessions (with support and guidance).<\/p><\/li>Use a range of teaching methods and digital tools to engage students.<\/p><\/li>Deliver sessions in -person and/or online as required.<\/p><\/li>Provide academic support through tutorials, workshops, and drop -in sessions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>2. Assessment & Feedback<\/b><\/h3>Support the preparation and delivery of assessments and coursework.<\/p><\/li>Assist with marking and providing constructive feedback (training provided).<\/p><\/li>Learn and apply internal assessment and quality assurance processes.<\/p><\/li>Maintain accurate student records and meet deadlines with support.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>3. Student Support & Engagement<\/b><\/h3>Build positive relationships with students and provide guidance on academic progress.<\/p><\/li>Support student engagement, attendance, and participation.<\/p><\/li>Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.<\/p><\/li>Participate in student reviews and academic support processes.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>4. Professional Development<\/b><\/h3>Engage in structured training and mentoring programmes.<\/p><\/li>Work towards relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., HEA Fellowship or PGCert).<\/p><\/li>Develop subject knowledge, teaching practice, and pedagogical skills.<\/p><\/li>Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and CPD activities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>5.
