What You’ll Be Doing:
As Day Opportunities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of our service, ensuring that the people we support receive high-quality, meaningful and personalised opportunities. You will lead and develop a committed team, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure the service continues to evolve and grow. As a senior manager, you will also contribute to the wider success of the organisation and provide support and deputise for colleagues when required.
