Working Foreman – Small Works Refurbishment & Fit-Out (Central London, Zones 1-2)

Location: Central London, Zones 1 and 2

Rate: £230 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)

Contract: Immediate start | Fixed Term Contract (Rolling or Potential Permanent)

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Working Foreman on small works refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with clients and coordinating on-site teams.
  • Lead by example on site, coordinating sub-contractors and trades to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster a collaborative, flexible, and proactive on-site culture, especially in occupied spaces.

  • Proven experience as a Working Foreman in construction, with a focus on small works refurbishments and fit-out.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and high standards.
  • Hands-on leadership on site; respected by trades and trusted by clients.
  • Client-facing with the ability to build strong relationships and represent the business professionally.
  • SMSTS and First Aid certificates (must be in date).
  • Keen, ambitious, and looking to grow with a company that values hard work and commitment.
