Working Foreman – Small Works Refurbishment & Fit-Out (Central London, Zones 1-2)
Location: Central London, Zones 1 and 2
Rate: £230 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)
Contract: Immediate start | Fixed Term Contract (Rolling or Potential Permanent)
Responsibilities
- Hands-on Working Foreman on small works refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with clients and coordinating on-site teams.
- Lead by example on site, coordinating sub-contractors and trades to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster a collaborative, flexible, and proactive on-site culture, especially in occupied spaces.

- Proven experience as a Working Foreman in construction, with a focus on small works refurbishments and fit-out.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and high standards.
