Working Foreman – Small Works Refurbishment & Fit-Out (Central London, Zones 1-2)
Location: Central London, Zones 1 and 2
Rate: £230 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)
Contract: Immediate start | Fixed Term Contract (Rolling or Potential Permanent)
This role involves delivering projects of up to £100k across Central London. It is a client-facing, fast-paced position where you will manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, and be hands-on on site when needed.
About the role: this isn’t a desk-based management job. You’ll be comfortable on site, managing subcontractors, speaking with clients, and keeping projects on track. Projects are varied, fast-moving refurbishments and fit-outs in occupied spaces, so flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site operations for small works refurbishment and fit-out projects, including managing trades and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met, while maintaining professional representation of the business.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality standards.
- Be hands-on on site when required and lead by example to earn respect from trades and clients.
- Keep projects on track in occupied spaces, adapting as needed to project constraints.
