Site Supervisor / Junior Site Manager Location: Fitzrovia & Central London Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE) or competitive day rate Start Date: Early June   The Opportunity We\’re representing a long-standing, family-run contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London. Known for their consistent delivery, loyal client base, and supportive culture, they offer a genuine career path for those who want to be part of a team that values integrity, accountability, and long-term commitment.   With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they’re now looking to bring in a confident and capable Site Supervisor or Junior Site Manager to take the lead on live sites.   This would suit someone in the earlier stages of their management career who’s ready to step up and add immediate value, but who’s also looking for the right environment to grow long-term. You’ll be site-based as the No.1 day-to-day, with the support of a roving PM across two sites.   Projects: Commercial CAT A / CAT A+ fit-outs in Fitzrovia (2–3 months and 28+ weeks respectively) Another upcoming project in Farringdon What They’re Looking For: Someone confident managing site operations as the lead on the ground Strong understanding of Health & Safety, RAMS, and compliance Experience working on CAT A / CAT A+ commercial fit-out projects Capable of coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site standards, and hitting programme Positive, proactive mindset and strong leadership potential Why This Role Stands Out: Established, family-run contractor with great values and leadership Excellent pipeline of secured work Genuine progression routes — they promote from within and invest in people High-quality projects with long-standing clients Interview Process: One-stage interview with key members of the team Can be arranged on site or in-office Package: £45,000 – £65,000 depending on experience Day rate option available for the right candidate
