Location: North & West London

Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 + Package

Our client is a well established main contractor that has recently expanded its presence within the public sector, securing multiple new build school projects across North and West London. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career towards Contracts Management. Initially, you will take full responsibility for delivering one new build school project before progressing into a role overseeing multiple schemes as the business continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Site Manager looking to move into a strategic, multi project management position with genuine career progression.

The Role

  • Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new build school project from inception through to completion
  • Managing programme, quality, health and safety, quality standards and overall site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Providing regular project updates to the senior management team
  • Progressing into a Contracts Manager position, overseeing multiple projects across North and West London as the business continues to expand

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering new build education or wider public sector construction projects
  • Experience managing projects from groundworks through to practical completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • The ambition to progress into a Contracts Manager role
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
