We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a complex, phased project in Central London. This is a high-profile role requiring a hands-on, autonomous manager with strong civils and structural experience. You will be the eyes and ears on site, responsible for programme management, client engagement, and ensuring smooth delivery of the project.

- Construction of a concrete car park
- Recladding works
- CAT A fit-out, scheduled for completion by Summer 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full site programme, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Maintain strong client engagement; attend regular client meetings and provide updates
- Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and compliance standards
- Provide accurate reporting and act proactively to resolve issues as they arise
