Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in high-end residential joinery? Looking for a new challenge that blends design-led thinking with project ownership from start to finish?
We\’re recruiting for a well-established specialist contractor known for delivering bespoke joinery packages across some of London\’s most prestigious homes. With projects ranging up to £2m, this is a hands‑on delivery role with real variety and the opportunity to manage multiple live schemes at once.
The Role
- Full project delivery from pre‑construction to final handover
- Design coordination, programme management, cost control and quality checks
- Leading client meetings, site visits, and installation oversight
- Managing multiple bespoke joinery packages simultaneously
- Working closely with internal design, production and installation teams
- Overseeing RAMS, site documentation, payment applications, and O&M manuals
What We\’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience delivering high-end joinery or fit‑out projects
- Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and residential interiors
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different stages
- Confident liaising with clients, architects, and contractors
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑driven
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with valuations and variations
- Comfortable working across sites, office and occasionally travelling further afield
