Project Manager – High-End Joinery | £2m Projects Kent HQ / London Sites / Travel as Needed £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + Package Permanent | Full-Time Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in high-end residential joinery? Looking for a new challenge that blends design-led thinking with project ownership from start to finish? We’re recruiting for a well-established specialist contractor known for delivering bespoke joinery packages across some of London’s most prestigious homes. With projects ranging up to £2m, this is a hands-on delivery role with real variety and the opportunity to manage multiple live schemes at once. The Role This isn’t a typical site-based PM role. You’ll split your time between the Kent head office, project sites (mainly London), and occasional travel to out-of-town projects. The role covers: * Full project delivery from pre-construction to final handover * Design coordination, programme management, cost control and quality checks * Leading client meetings, site visits, and installation oversight * Managing multiple bespoke joinery packages simultaneously * Working closely with internal design, production and installation teams * Overseeing RAMS, site documentation, payment applications, and O&M manuals What We’re Looking For * Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering high-end joinery or fit-out projects * Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and residential interiors * Ability to manage multiple projects across different stages * Confident liaising with clients, architects, and contractors * Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven * Strong commercial awareness and experience with valuations and variations * Comfortable working across sites, office and occasionally travelling further afield What’s On Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Real project ownership from early stages to completion * A collaborative, quality-first working culture * Office in Kent, with most projects based in London * Opportunity to work on stunning, design-led residential projects Apply Now If you have the experience and are looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects in a supportive and innovative team—apply today with your CV
