Senior Quantity Surveyor - Passive Fire Protection Central London | Up to 80,000 + Package An established and growing specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Central London team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of Passive Fire Protection projects, you ll take commercial responsibility from pre-construction through to final account, playing a key role in protecting profitability, managing risk and supporting the successful delivery of projects.

The Role * Manage the commercial aspects of multiple Passive Fire Protection projects from award through to final account. * Prepare, submit and negotiate valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. * Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and account reconciliation. * Identify, price and agree variations. * Monitor project costs, cash flow and forecasting. * Work closely with operational teams to maximise commercial performance. * Manage contractual risk and ensure compliance with contract requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders. * Produce accurate commercial reporting for senior management.
