Our client specialises in bespoke refurbishment services to both the public and private sectors across London! On both 'Major Project' and 'Local Authority' frameworks, offering both residential and commercial: \\n \\nOffice Refurbishments & Fit Outs \\nConversions & Alterations  \\nInternal & External Decorations \\nNew Builds Key Functions & Responsibilities: \\n \\nPricing up design jobs and building tender specifications.

\\nPricing up tender requests and building client relations. \\nPrice up construction works and tender packs from post and pre contract stages.  \\nSite visits, interrogate drawings and schedules to ensure all aspects covered. \\nContract negotiation/protection and ensure CDM compliance.

\\nPrice any variations and manage sub-contractor relationships. \\nWork closely with Commercial Manager with support and guidance from directors.  Key Requirements:\\n \\nMinimum 3+ years proven experience at either assistant or intermediate QS level. \\nCome from a Refurb/Build background with main/specialist contractor OR Consultancy experience.

\\nPRE & POST contracts experience & Schedule or Rates exposure helpful. \\nEstimating exposure and understanding ideal. \\nAbility to build trust, relationships and manage expectations.

\\nDegree in Surveying & Commercial Management desired. \\nHungry and have ambition to want to succeed. \\nHave a willingness to learn/adapt to new processes and implement them.  \\nFlexibility required as office and site based.

(Sites within half hour of office generally) \\nBe able to manage own diary, no micromanagement, with constant support.  \\nPrevious Estimating background/exposure ideal as expected to manage full project cycle.
