With around 100 employees and an experienced office team, the company operates across a mixture of residential and commercial projects, with approximately 90% of their work across London. Project values range from £10k up to £2m, providing a varied tendering and estimating workload across a broad range of joinery packages.
The Role
As Joinery Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for bespoke and manufactured joinery projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, designers and the wider project team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a manufacturer-led joinery background who understands the detail involved in pricing bespoke joinery and wants to join an established, relaxed business.
About You
- Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator
- Strong background within manufactured/bespoke joinery
- Experience pricing joinery packages from drawings, specifications and schedules

- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Able to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
