Estimator / Quantity Surveyor £40k – £60k Plus Package Southwest London, England Are you an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with a passion for high-end residential and bespoke construction projects? My client is a well-established and fast-growing contractor based in Southwest London, and they’re looking for a skilled professional to join their commercial team due to continued growth and new project wins. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. If you\’re looking to work on bespoke residential builds in a collaborative and quality-driven environment, this could be the role for you. The Role – Estimator / Quantity Surveyor: You’ll take responsibility for a range of projects from £100k bespoke builds to larger high-end residential schemes up to £3 million. Working closely with the project and commercial teams, you’ll be involved in estimating, cost planning, contract management, and financial oversight from pre-construction through to final accounts. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real impact.
