Passive Fire Protection Estimator Central London | Up to £80,000 + Package   A well-established and growing contractor specialising in Passive Fire Protection is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join its Central London team.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and residential projects. You'll play a key role in pricing passive fire protection works, working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams to secure and deliver projects.   The Role Preparing accurate cost estimates for passive fire protection works Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Carrying out site surveys where required Producing competitive quotations and tender submissions Liaising with clients, suppliers and the internal delivery team Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process About You Previous estimating experience within Passive Fire Protection is essential Strong understanding of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors Confident interpreting drawings and specifications Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment What's on Offer Salary up to £80,000 (depending on experience) 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Pension Office-based in Central London Potential for 1 day per week working from home (depending on experience and business needs) Travel expenses covered for site visits across London where applicable This is not a slow-paced environment.
