An established contractor is looking to strengthen its electrical team due to a busy, long-term framework within social housing. Working across void properties for a London Borough contract, you'll be part of a high-volume programme delivering 40-50 jobs per month, ensuring properties are brought back up to standard efficiently and safely. This is a stable, long-term role with consistent work and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out domestic electrical works within void properties
  • Testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and compliance standards
  • Working across multiple properties daily in a fast-paced environment
  • Liaising with supervisors, QS, and other trades on-site
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and documentation

What They're Looking For

  • Qualified Electrician (Level 2 / Level 3 accepted)
  • Experience within social housing / domestic projects (ideally voids)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
  • Strong understanding of testing and compliance
  • Good communication and a proactive attitude

Desirable:

  • Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to complete training)
