You'll own document control across a mixed portfolio; main contractors, subcontractors, facilities management. Site information flows through a cloud-based system. You update drawings. You maintain registers. You keep the portal accurate so 20 people downstream don't make costly mistakes. The role is broad by design: there's no hiding behind a narrow job spec. You'll touch compliance, logistics, and client relations. The office is open-plan and shared services (HR, payroll) sit near you, so blockers get unblocked fast.
