Responsibilities

• Managing multiple project teams and site operations
• Programme planning and delivery
• Client and consultant liaison
• Ensuring H&S and quality standards are met
• Supporting commercial performance and cost control
• Mentoring Project Managers and site teams

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Fit out or refurbishment background
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confident client-facing ability
