Project Manager – Specialist Facades Contractor

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in facades? This is a standout opportunity to join a fast‑moving specialist contractor delivering complex, design‑led façade packages across the UK.

Responsibilities

We\’re looking for someone confident in leading on‑site delivery — from programme planning and team management to supplier coordination and quality assurance. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem‑solving on site, and has the confidence to manage sub‑contractors, suppliers, and internal teams across technically challenging facade installations.

What you\’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years\’ experience in project/site management roles
• Proven experience working on facade or envelope packages
• SMSTS and a management‑level CSCS card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent construction qualification
• Commercial awareness and the ability to maintain control over programme, budget and HSEQ
