A leading interiors and fit-out subcontractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to head up their commercial function. This role will take ownership of the commercial strategy, leadership of the QS team, and implementation of robust systems to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial team and oversee all financial aspects of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Implement commercial procedures, cost reporting, and risk management strategies.
- Support tendering and contract negotiation, ensuring commercially sound agreements.
