We're recruiting for multiple Site Managers to join a major residential-led development in Beaconsfield, delivering a large-scale multi-block scheme valued at circa £50m. The project consists of 4 interlinked concrete frame blocks across the residential, student accommodation, and later living sectors, with a construction programme running through to August 2027. We're looking for strong internal-focused Site Managers to oversee first fix and finishing works across the scheme, managing all associated internal trades and driving quality and programme throughout delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing internal packages from first fix through to final finishes
- Coordinating finishing and fit-out trades across multiple floors/areas
- Driving programme, quality, and H&S on site
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to spec
- Working closely with the wider project and construction team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential or mixed-use schemes
- Strong internals / finishing experience essential
- Experience working on concrete frame developments
- Residential, student accommodation, or later living experience preferred
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
