About the Company – We’re hiring for a BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale building automation projects across London. If you know your way around major commercial M&E environments and have a solid background in Building Management Systems (BMS) — this is one worth exploring. About the Role – You’ll take full control of projects from pre-con to handover, managing design, delivery teams, subcontractors and clients directly. Leading the full project lifecycle for high-value BMS contracts Overseeing design, engineering, install, and commissioning phases Managing subcontractors, internal teams, and on-site coordination Qualifications – SMSTS, First Aid, and a relevant technical qualification Strong experience managing BMS or intelligent building system projects A background in M&E, controls, or ELVS (fire, security, data) Commercial awareness and a handle on project commercials Pay range and compensation package – £55K–£75K + Package (DOE) If you\’re looking for long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely values technical expertise, collaboration, and delivery excellence — let’s have a conversation.
