Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of your own projects from start to finish? Our client is looking for a confident, commercially-savvy Project Level QS to join their growing team in London. Reputable business who delivers interior fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects with a focus on quality, strong client service and collaborative delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be trusted to run schemes independently from procurement through to final account:
- Lead end-to-end commercial management of projects in the £1m-£10m bracket
- Produce cost plans, pricing, tenders and procurement documentation
- Manage subcontract packages, suppliers and variations
- Forecast costs and maintain budget control throughout delivery
- Prepare valuations, interim applications and final accounts
- Provide commercial advice to project and senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior QS support where required
What We’re Looking For:
- You are likely to be:
- A qualified or part-qualified Quantity Surveyor (RICS/CIOB/PQS)
- Experienced in running your own schemes (£1m-£10m) with minimal supervision
- Commercially astute with strong numeracy, negotiation and contract skills
- Confident in procurement strategy, cost reporting and risk management
- Organised, autonomous and able to deliver to programme and budget
