This is a full-time, permanent position located in Worthing, offering an OTE range of up to £29,000 - £30,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Taking full ownership of ensuring that we comply with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Invoice processing.
- Liaising with clients & contractors.
- Overseeing legislative responsibilities.
- Other duties as required by management.
