Our extensive network consists of 15 leading lettings and estate agencies, and we have made strategic acquisitions to date to enhance our portfolio of brands and properties under management.
We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support the smooth running of our recruitment processes across the group. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment . The position will be based in our Liverpool Street offices with three days in the office and the option to work two days from home. The role is paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes, including CV sifting, pre-screening candidates, and arranging interviews
- Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Proactively source and headhunt top talent to fill critical roles
- Act as the first point of contact for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate usage and user support
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insight
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support future hiring plans

- 3 years+ previous recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency preferred)
- Property background is desirable
- Strong understanding of business operations and how recruitment impacts performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using ATS platforms and supporting hiring managers through the process
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple roles across different regions
