Welcome to Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies. We are a prominent player in the real estate industry with 14 agencies under our portfolio. We are seeking a Systems Manager to oversee system migrations and integrations during our acquisition processes. The role is based in our Liverpool Street, London office, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage system migrations and integrations for newly acquired businesses.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance platforms such as Reapit, Goodlord, and Fixflo.
- Create and maintain documentation for all business systems.
- Provide user support for all platforms.
- Identify and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Qualities:
- At least 3 years in systems management, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Hands-on experience with Reapit, Goodlord, and Fixflo.
- Experience managing system migrations in high acquisition volume environments.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communicator capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
