Lomond Group is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner in London on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role is hybrid with two days at home and three in the office, reporting to the Senior Employee Relations Business Partner.

You will support multiple brands with expert ER guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and drive compliant, commercially sound people solutions across a fast-growing organisation.
