  • End of Tenancy Consultant to join our
  • Southampton office on a
  • 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract , working
  • 3 days per week, 9am–5pm . The salary is

The role

  • Manage end-of-tenancy documentation, including inventories, check-outs and deposit refunds.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and cleaning ahead of re-letting.
  • Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants throughout the process.
  • Support deposit disputes and related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate property records and document damage or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience in property management or the UK rental sector is preferred.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant UK property legislation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
