End of Tenancy Consultant

We're looking for an End of Tenancy Consultant to join our Southampton office on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract, working 3 days per week, 9am-5pm. The salary is £27,500 pro rata.
The role
- Manage end-of-tenancy documentation, including inventories, check-outs and deposit refunds.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and cleaning ahead of re-letting.
- Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants throughout the process.
- Support deposit disputes and related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate property records and document damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
What we're looking for
- Experience in property management or the UK rental sector is preferred.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant UK property legislation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
