This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bingley. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £32,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
- Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
- Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal.
- The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
- Able to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in property is preferable; however, demonstrating transferable skills will be considered.
