- Let’s talk about the Regional Operations Coordinator role. It involves:
- Operations & Administration
- Providingday-to-day operational and administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager and wider leadership team.
- Supporting the smooth running ofbranches and offices across the region.
- Must be able to travel between offices as and when required.
- Coordinatingoperational requests, ensuring actions are followed up and completed.
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, trackers and operational documentation.
- Handlingsensitive and confidential information appropriately and maintain a high level of discretion at all times.
- Data, Reporting & Excel
- Using Microsoft Excel confidently is an important part of the role, specificallyuse of formulas, maintaining spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracyand reporting.
- Working accurately with numbers and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Reconcilinginformation across different systems and identify discrepancies.
- Developing and maintaining trackers to monitor key business activities, deadlines and performance measures.
- People Support
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Preparingand issue letters and documentation as required.
- Assisting with recruitment including proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Supporting internal communications and ensure key information is shared with teams.
- Organisingteam meetings, events and regional initiatives.
- Handlingemployee and business information sensitively and confidentially.
