Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Administrator in our Reading head office. This role offers a salary of up to £26,000.

  • Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves
  • Typing letters for Residential Sales/Lettings from our in-house estate agency software
  • Typing of stencils/property details, including uploading photographs and images
  • Ensuring correct documents are present on property files in line with money laundering compliance.
  • Meeting and greeting visiting clients and contractors
  • Ordering stationery etc/office supplies and maintaining/recording stock

  • Good general Admin skills e. g. Word, Outlook, Excel (Photoshop a bonus)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Confident dealing with people at all levels
