Property Portfolio Partner – Reading, temp contract for 6 months. Salary up to £35,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Meeting Landlords and Tenants to sign contracts
- Arranging safety checks and collecting completion funds
- Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying invoices
- Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements
- Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage
- Administrative duties, updating excel spreadsheets, etc.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- High tolerance levels and empathetic nature
- Experience working under pressure
- Flexibility to go the extra mile when business demands
- Preferably ARLA Qualified
