We\’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Systems Administrator to join our People team . This role is essential to the ongoing success of our HR transformation projects and the smooth running of our people systems. You\’ll serve as the technical expert and primary administrator for key HR systems including Zellis ResourceLink , overseeing system configuration, workflows, data migrations, ad-hoc report, and user support. This is a full-time role based in our Liverpool Street – London office at St Mary Axe 4 days a week (with 2 day working remotely). You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm. The salary is £27,000 per annum. Your responsibilities will include: Act as the main system administrator for Zellis ResourceLink and other integrated HR platforms (Kallidus, Talos 360, Reward Gateway) Configure and maintain workflows, authorisation routes, data extracts, and security profiles across Zellis environments. Manage system setup and user roles, including MyView, Process Definitions, and Operator Profiles. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support for new features or integrations. Conduct routine data quality audits and ensure data integrity and compliance. Deliver advanced second-line technical support for Zellis and resolve system issues or escalate to vendors as needed. Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Zellis modules, such as MyView, Time Management, and automation workflows. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integration (e.g. Talos360, Reward Gateway, Kallidus) Coordinate data migration activities, particularly during acquisitions or employee onboarding projects. Support the rollout of workflow and automation improvements. Provide expert support and training for end-users across all Zellis modules and related systems. Create user guides, training materials, and documentation for newly implemented or updated functionalities. Promote best practice use of HR systems through support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience administering Zellis ResourceLink systems, including workflow configuration, user setup, and operational support is essential. Solid understanding of MyView, Process Definitions, Operator ID and profile types, and reporting setups in Zellis. Experience with end-to-end data migrations and testing. Detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and a logical mindset. Familiarity with automation, scheduled reports, and Zellis integration capabilities. Exposure to integrations involving ATS (e.g., Talos360), LMS, or reward and engagement platforms. Understanding of GDPR/data protection and compliance in HR system environments.
