Uniquely positioned to be able to draw on the local experience of our national network of over 60 branches, together with asset and property managers, Lomond Investment Management provides an account-managed single point of contact service for developers and investors in the build-to-rent, single-family housing, lettings, and offshore markets, irrespective of portfolio size and geographical location. This is a full-time role with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage HR inbox queries and provide timely, professional responses
  • Track absence, holiday, sickness records, probation reviews, and compliance requirements (e.g. visas and training)
  • Support HR reporting, audits, employee relations processes, and wider HR projects
