Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student Compliance Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all HMO licence applications and renewals
  • Overseeing gas safety compliance and ensuring all certificates remain valid
  • Coordinating EICR inspections, reports, and any required remedial works
  • Managing PAT testing schedules and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Ensuring Legionella risk assessments are completed, reviewed, and actioned
  • Overseeing fire alarm certification and fire risk assessments across the portfolio
  • Maintaining up-to-date compliance records and responding quickly to risks, warnings, or expiring documentation
